This means your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once order has been shipped, you shall receive an automatic email with your delivery tracking details.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 3-6 days from the time you place your order for its status to update.
DELAYED DELIVERIES UPDATES. WHY IS THERE A DELAY IN MY DELIVERY?
We are experiencing longer than average wait times due to COVID-19 Global Pandemic. However, the average shipping time is delayed for 7-10 business days beside our standard shipping time as shown above. We are doing everything in our power to get orders out the door as quickly as possible, while protecting our employees’ health and family time. We want to thank each and every one of you for your support and patience while we work through this journey together. The following information will be updated as frequently as possible to keep you up to date. Please note that the following information may change and may not be accurate by the time your order is processed.
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
HOW LONG IS THE GRACE PERIOD TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS ON MY ORDER?
According to our policy of an exchange or cancel the order. You can cancel or exchange the order to a new item within 24 hours from the moment you place your order IF we haven’t made or delivered the product yet. This policy also applies with all the changes you want to make with your order including change size, design or shipping address, etc.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT!
We know how important your order is! Praise to Heaven provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Praise to Heaven does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
WHAT IF THE ITEM/S I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
We will send a replacement if the item is damaged, defective and incorrect.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? WILL THE SHIPPING BE COVERED FOR THEIR RETURNS?
We are temporarily unable to accept returns, to protect the safety of our associates. We have also suspended replacements due to limited inventory and shipping delays. Refunds will only be issued for missing or damaged items, at the discretion of our Customer Service team. We encourage customers to purchase only what they need during this time. As the situation evolves, we’ll adjust our policies accordingly to best serve you.
If applicable, our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
